Overview. This website is operated by WS Jewelry Inc. By visiting wsjewelryinc.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Products and descriptions. We work hard to show our jewelry and watches accurately. Because of lighting, screens and the natural characteristics of precious metals and gemstones, color and appearance may vary slightly. Diamond and gemstone weights, grades and measurements are approximate unless a certificate is provided. Custom pieces are made to the specifications agreed with you in writing.

Pre-owned watches. Pre-owned and vintage timepieces are sold as described in their listing. WS Jewelry Inc is an independent retailer and is not an authorized dealer of, or affiliated with, any watch brand shown on the Site. Brand names are used only to describe the items.

Pricing and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, including orders that appear fraudulent or that contain a pricing or typographical error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Orders and payment. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use your payment method. We may require additional verification before shipping high-value orders.

Custom and bespoke work. Custom orders begin once a design, price and timeline are agreed and any required deposit is paid. Deposits on custom work are non-refundable once production begins. Custom pieces are final sale.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site, including designs, photos, logos and text, belongs to WS Jewelry Inc or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. WS Jewelry Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page.
